I think everything with the boards is pretty obvious, but some other commands may not be.
Voting a post up and down:
This is similar to YouTube. You can vote a post as either good or bad. The plus and minus buttons are on the right side of the post.
Using the ChatBox:
To use the Chatbox, press the button that says "Chat". To post, first click Log In on the top-right of the CBox. Then you can type your message in the bottom-left. To send the message, you can either press Enter/Return, or you can click on the Send button to the right. To use Emoticons, click on the Emoticon button to the left of where you type your message. To change the font style (Bold, Italics, Underlined, or Strikethrough) go to the left of the emoticon button.
